There is no evidence that milk actually increases the production of mucus, but it certainly makes me feel as if my nose is stuffy.

Whenever I seem to have a cold milk to a coarser structure are more sticky in the mouth, and to Gummies tastes.

So I generally avoid, not to do with the need, but only because the texture is unpleasant.
